How to get chemotherapy

Chemotherapy, also known as chemotherapy, is a common treatment method for malignant tumors in clinical practice, especially for patients with advanced malignant tumors. Chemotherapy is mainly administered through intravenous infusion of chemotherapeutic drugs, which is usually administered to all parts of the body through veins to treat tumors. For lung cancer patients, especially non-small cell lung cancer patients, the common chemotherapy regimens include gemcitabine plus cisplatin, which are administered intravenously to achieve the treatment purpose. In addition, some chemotherapy is administered orally, that is, oral chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine, which is a fluorouracil-based chemotherapy drug that can treat breast cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, and so on. Most patients have certain adverse reactions to chemotherapy, the common ones are gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea and vomiting. In addition, there is bone marrow suppression, resulting in a decrease in white blood cells and platelets, and some patients may also experience damage to liver and kidney function.
