Elevated urine leukocytes usually do not cause facial swelling. Elevated urine leukocytes are usually caused by urinary tract infection, patients will have frequent urination, urinary urgency, urinary pain and other symptoms, serious patients will have fever, chills, renal tenderness and other symptoms, usually do not appear facial edema. The more common causes of facial edema are physiologic and pathologic.
