Right ventricular block, how is it treated?

Right ventricular block can be seen in right bundle branch block, which can be seen in normal people without organic heart disease without treatment, or in rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease atrial septal defect, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and pulmonary heart disease, which need to be treated for the primary heart disease.
Patients with chronic right bundle branch block who are asymptomatic do not require treatment. Symptomatic patients and those who develop complete AV block should be treated for the primary disease, and those with rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, atrial septal defect, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and pulmonary heart disease should be treated aggressively.
Patients with right ventricular block who have a combination of other conduction blocks, causing cardiac hemodynamic disorders, severe slowing of the heart rate, etc. need to be installed with a permanent pacemaker treatment. It is recommended that the patient further consult the doctor, improve the relevant examination to clarify the diagnosis, and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
