High blood lipids are not recommended to eat pork. Blood lipids mainly include total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL, among which triglycerides are the most related to diet. When any of the blood lipids is elevated, it is not recommended to eat fatty food, such as pork, because it can cause elevated blood lipids. Elevated blood lipids are also related to metabolism in the body. In addition to diet, high blood lipids should be taken with the necessary lipid regulating drugs, mainly including statins and betablockers.
