The symptoms of allergy in earrings are: localized redness and swelling, flaky erythema with fine scales and papules, some of which may fuse into patches, and after scratching, vesicles and oozing may appear. Some of the exudation may dry up and crusting may occur. It is accompanied by a certain amount of itching. If infection develops, purulent oozing and crusting may occur. Clinical treatment requires anti-allergic treatment with oral levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules, one capsule per night, combined with compound glycopyrrolate capsules 3 times/day, 2 capsules/time, and topical dinaide ointment, 2 times/day, applied. For infections with purulent exudate, and pus crusts, topical fusidic acid cream, 2 times/day, can be used for anti-inflammatory treatment.
