Follicular lymphoma (FL) is an inert lymphoma, with a long course in patients with grade 1 stage 4, good response to chemotherapy but incurable, it is more serious and should be taken seriously. Follicular lymphoma is one of the common types of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, with different grades and stages and different prognoses. 1. Grading: Grade 1, 2 and most of grade 3A FL patients are clinically inert with slow clinical progression. And patients with grade 3B FL can be treated according to the treatment strategy of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Some patients with low-grade FL (grades 1 and 2) may transform into aggressive lymphoma, mainly DLBCL, after several years of treatment, with a poorer prognosis. 2. Staging: For patients with stage 3 to 4, who are already in the late stage of disease development, it is recommended to give timely treatment, such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy and local radiotherapy. Drugs include cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, rituximab and so on. When follicular lymphoma is found, do not be nervous, go to the hospital for timely consultation and receive treatment under the guidance of physicians.
