How to treat limb fatigue

Insufficient qi and blood: Bleeding caused by various reasons leads to deficiency of qi and blood, or weak spleen and stomach, insufficient generation of qi and blood, not able to nourish the muscles and sinews, which may lead to tiredness and fatigue of limbs. It can be treated with medicines that tonify Qi and nourish Blood, such as Ba Zhen Wan. This medicine can tonify Qi and benefit blood. It is used for the treatment of deficiency of qi and blood, yellowish complexion (yellowish color without luster), and weakness of limbs. The adverse effects and contraindications of the above drugs are not clear, and patients with cold and fever should not take the above drugs.
