High blood pressure causes dizziness, how to treat

Dizziness caused by high blood pressure is mainly treated for high blood pressure, including general treatment, drug treatment and so on.
1. General treatment: hypertensive patients should pay attention to reduce sodium intake, not more than 6g per day is appropriate; quit smoking and alcohol, and increase exercise appropriately.
2.Drug treatment:

(2) β-blockers: commonly used drugs are metoprolol, bisoprolol, etc. This kind of drug has good antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic effects, which can reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, suitable for patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
(3) Calcium channel blockers: commonly used drugs include nifedipine, verapamil, etc. This kind of drugs can be used for patients with moderate to severe hypertension, especially for elderly systolic hypertension.
