Cryptorchid Cancer Symptoms

Cryptorchid testes that have not descended into the scrotum and have developed cancer present with pain, distension or reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes at the location of the cryptorchid testis. In inguinal cryptorchid testis, there is pain and distension in the inguinal region, and a hard mass can be palpated. Retroperitoneal cryptorchidism may have pain and distension in the corresponding area. Ultrasound or CT examination can be performed to clarify whether there is any change in testicular morphology, and blood testicular tumor index examination can also be performed, if the tumor index is elevated, it suggests the possibility of cancer. If cryptorchidism has descended into the scrotum, abnormalities can be detected at an early stage. Patients may find that the testicles on the side of cryptorchidism in the scrotum are hardened like granite, and there are sensations of swelling, pulling, and so on, and there is no obvious pain when touching them with hands, but it is obvious to feel that the texture and density have increased. At this time, it is recommended to consult a doctor as early as possible for ultrasound and tumor index examination to clearly determine whether there is testicular cancer.
