What’s wrong with pelvic fluid after ovulation

After ovulation, because after the follicle rupture, there will be a certain amount of follicular fluid will flow out, and after the flow will flow into the pelvis, causing pelvic fluid, which is physiological. This is physiologic and usually subsides after menstruation and can be left untreated. At the same time, after ovulation, the presence of pelvic fluid should be distinguished as physiological or pathological. If there is no pelvic fluid when examined three days after menstruation, it is physiologic. If there is still some pelvic fluid three days after menstruation, it is not pelvic fluid caused by follicular rupture, but may be pathologic, and anti-inflammatory treatment should be carried out, so as to avoid long-term stimulation of inflammation caused by tubal inflammation, pelvic inflammation, and uterine inflammation.
