Are all disinfectants effective against the new coronavirus?

Not all disinfectants are effective against New Coronavirus. The virus is known to be UV and heat sensitive and lipid solvents such as 56°C for 30 minutes, ether, 75% ethanol, chlorinated disinfectants, peroxyacetic acid and chloroform are all effective in inactivating the virus. Household disinfection mostly uses 75% ethanol and chlorine-containing disinfectants. You can use 84 disinfectant and water diluted at 1:100, or you can use 75% ethanol disinfectant. However, it should be noted that the above disinfectants are only for household items, not for human disinfection, and ethanol disinfectants should be used away from open flames to prevent safety accidents.
