Bedwetting belongs to the category of Chinese medicine “enuresis” and other illnesses, its treatment should be carried out under the guidance of the physician’s diagnosis, although the chicken gold has the astringent effect (consolidation of semen, prevention and treatment of spermatorrhea), but should not be used blindly. Chicken Neijin is derived from the inner wall of the dried sand sacs of the pheasant, which has the effect of strengthening the stomach to eliminate food, astringent spermatozoa and stopping spermatozoa, and clearing the drenching of stones, and it can be used for the treatment of food accumulation (indigestion of food and stagnation of food in the stomach), vomiting, diarrhea, dyspepsia, dyspepsia, spermatozoa, and stone drenching (discharging gravel in the urine, or sudden interruption of the urine, pain in the urethra, and intractable pain in the lower back and abdomen), as well as astringent pain and other conditions. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear. The occurrence of enuresis may be related to factors such as deficiency of spleen and lung qi, dampness and heat in the liver meridian (the liver meridian feels dampness and heat evil qi), in addition to the lack of solidity of kidney qi; therefore, one should not blindly use Chicken Nei Jin in the treatment of enuresis.
