Symptoms of bulging vaginal walls

Vaginal wall bulging includes bulging of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina, and the main symptoms are protruding lumps in the vagina, a feeling of falling, backache, abnormal urination, and difficulty in passing stools. 1. Protruding lumps in the vagina: patients may feel that there are lumps protruding from the vagina, and the lumps will usually increase in size after standing or exercising for a long time. 2. Falling sensation: due to the protruding material in the vagina, standing for a long time will cause a localized falling sensation. 3. Lumbago: Mild patients do not have the symptom of lumbago, but severe cases will cause lumbago and lumbar pain. 4. Abnormal urination: As the localized mass will squeeze the bladder, the urethra is prone to cause urinary tract infection, tension incontinence, urinary retention and other symptoms. 5. Difficulty in defecation: As the back wall of the vagina is bulging, it will squeeze the anal canal, which will affect the normal defecation. Clinically, the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina should be promptly consulted and treated according to the doctor’s instructions.
