What is PTSD?

PTSD is the abbreviation of post-traumaticstressdisorder, which refers to a series of psychiatric problems caused by severe and unusual trauma, the onset of which is mainly related to the trauma suffered in particular. After such a trauma, the traumatized person will have a series of psychiatric problems, and the clinical manifestation is mainly 4 core symptoms: 1. Repeated traumatic experiences, for example, after a particularly serious and life-threatening trauma, the patient will repeatedly reproduce the traumatic experience, and some people will even have vivid hallucinations and delusions related to the traumatic experience, which is called “flashback” in medicine; 2. 2, emotional numbness, many people will become depressed or uninterested in anything after the traumatic event; 3, typical avoidance behavior, reluctant to mention the relevant event-related scenarios, and will intentionally or unintentionally avoid the scenarios or people that cause memories; 4, patients will appear to be more alert, such as nightmares, become particularly sensitive to the outside world, and social functions are seriously affected. This is a disease of special concern so far.
