Morphine, especially the oral tablets, is easy to use. The pain relief effect is good, the action time is long and the side effects are controllable, while the action time of Dulcolax is short and the side effects of long-term use are large, especially the neurological toxicity, so at present the clinical use is mainly for acute pain such as: angina pectoris, post-operative pain and other time use. In the past, it was really painful for patients to use Dulcolax in clinical practice, and they often heard the moaning sound of pain during night shift. Today, we have a better understanding of cancer pain and abandon the past methods. The era of dulcolax for cancer pain has long become history, and the new principles and drugs will surely make a greater contribution to the pain-free life of cancer patients.
