Why children should not eat black rice

Children can eat black rice as long as they are not allergic to it.
Black rice contains more dietary fiber and starch is digested more slowly, therefore, eating black rice will not cause drastic fluctuations in blood sugar like eating white rice. Dietary fiber can also relieve constipation and reduce the incidence of malignant tumors of the digestive system.
