Red and itchy eyelids, consider that it may be caused by infectious conjunctivitis, allergic blepharitis, erysipelas and so on. It needs to be treated according to different causes.
1. Infectious conjunctivitis: It is a conjunctivitis reaction that occurs after bacterial or viral infection, usually manifested as red eyelids, foreign body sensation, increased secretion, burning sensation or itching sensation in the eyes and other symptoms. 3, granuloma: usually caused by staphylococcal infection of the blepharoplasty or sebaceous glands, manifested as redness, congestion, swelling, itching and other symptoms of the eyelids. Symptoms can be reduced by hot compresses or levofloxacin eye drops in the early stage. If the pus cavity has formed, it needs to be surgically incised and drained.
