After a dislocation of the shoulder joint, the patient will undergo minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, but a few patients may have sequelae, such as a laceration of the joint capsule due to the dislocation of the shoulder joint, which may result in postoperative adhesions and tightness of the joint capsule. The patient may also have limited abduction, supination and extension of the shoulder joint. In addition, the patient may have a loss of sensation in the local skin of the shoulder, or the shoulder joint may become loose, and secondary dislocation may occur when moving the shoulder joint.
