Breast manifestation as a sudden stabbing pain between bouts is considered to be related to mastopexy. Due to swelling, varying degrees of hyperplasia or incomplete restoration of the breast glands, nodules of hyperplasia can form, especially during premenstruation when the pain is more pronounced. Because of the increased levels of estrogen and progesterone in the premenstrual period, this can lead to congestion and edema in the local soft tissues of the mammary glands, which can also trigger the appearance of pain and can vary significantly from person to person. Some patients may even experience unbearable pain and need to be treated with pain relieving medication if necessary. The incidence of mastocytosis is very high, especially in middle-aged patients, and the diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasonography. Mammary gland hyperplasia is a benign disease that can be treated with physical therapy, such as hot compresses or massage, which can relieve the patient’s discomfort, and regular color ultrasound examinations of the breasts are required.
