Is meat hairy?

Fatty foods generally refer to a group of foods that are rich in protein and may create irritation and trigger hidden illnesses in people with allergies and other conditions. Not all meats cause these reactions. Seafood, beef and lamb, which are prone to allergies, fall into this category.
Meat is rich in protein, of which fish, seafood, beef and mutton contain a lot of foreign proteins, which can constitute allergens and may cause discomfort in the more sensitive people after consumption. Chicken and pork, on the other hand, are generally less likely to cause a reaction.
People with colds, allergies, etc. consuming seafood, beef and mutton may cause irritation, induce allergic reactions, or aggravate existing conditions, so caution is advised.
If eating meat or other foods causes allergies or other symptoms, you should stop eating them immediately and seek medical attention.
