Youlite is effective in treating kidney stones. However, any drug has certain indications, and so does Youlite. Kidney stones are divided into four types: magnesium ammonium phosphate stones, oxalate stones, cystine stones and uric acid stones. Yolite is not effective for all four types of stones, it is more effective for uric acid stones, cystine stones and oxalic acid stones, while it is less effective for magnesium ammonium phosphate stones. In addition, the size of the stones has a great impact on the effectiveness of Yolite. If the stones are small, less than 5mm, the effect of Yolite is better. If the stone is larger than 5mm, especially larger than 20mm, the shape is not very regular, the application of Yolite effect is worse, for this kind of stone need to resort to extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, or even open surgical treatment.
