I. Diagnosis
Women of childbearing age who have been married for more than 1 year, living together as a couple, with normal reproductive function of the spouse, who have failed to conceive without contraception, or who have conceived without contraception for more than 1 year and have not conceived. The former is called total failure to conceive, and the latter is called broken Og. To rule out congenital physical defects and malformations of the reproductive system
(1) Hysterosalpingography to confirm tubal incompetence, obstruction or hydrocele.
(2) Tubal lavage under laparoscopy to confirm tubal incompetence or obstruction and intrapelvic adhesions.
One of the above 2 items can be diagnosed.
Identification and treatment
1. Damp-heat and stasis evidence: 1 year after marriage, no contraception and no pregnancy, lower abdominal distension or stabbing pain, fixed pain, lumbosacral distension and pain, with a large amount of bandages, yellow color and odor. This is accompanied by fatigue, increased abdominal pain during menstruation, heavy menstruation or prolonged menstruation, or irregular vaginal bleeding, yellow urine, dry stools or loose and unpleasant stools. The tongue is red or dark red, or with borderline petechiae or petechiae, with yellow or white greasy coating, and a smooth or stringent pulse.
Treatment: Clearing heat and dampness, resolving blood stasis and promoting circulation.
Prescription: Ovaryan Kang Tang plus or minus (empirical formula)
Prepared Chinese medicines: Gynecomastia Rehabilitation Tablets, Vajra Vine Capsules, Kang Gynecomastia Capsules, etc.
2. Cold and dampness stagnation: 1 year after marriage without contraception and without pregnancy, lower abdominal distension and pain with cold sensation; lumbosacral distension and pain or cold pain and discomfort; excessive amount and white color in the lower abdomen. Cold body and cold limbs, abdominal pain during menstruation, or delayed menstruation, low volume, purple color. The tongue is pale and dark, the coating is white and thick or slippery, and the pulse is sunken and stringy or tight.
Treatment: Warming the menstruation and dispersing cold, resolving blood stasis and clearing ligaments.
Formula: Shao Abdominal Expelling Blood Stasis Soup plus reduction
Chinese patent medicines: Dan Huang Expelling Stasis Capsule, Shao Abdominal Expelling Stasis Capsule, Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan, etc.
3.Qi stagnation and blood stasis: 1 year after marriage, no contraception and no pregnancy, lower abdominal distension or stabbing pain with fixed pain; lumbosacral distension and pain; abdominal pain aggravated by menstruation. Menstrual flow varies, with dark red menstruation, blood clots, pain in the chest or breasts, and a large amount of white or yellow bandages. Dark red tongue, or petechiae or petechiae, with string or astringent pulse.
Treatment: Promote circulation of Qi and Blood, resolve blood stasis and relieve pain.
Radicals: Diaphragmatic and Blood Stasis Removal Tang plus reduction
Chinese patent medicines: Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan, Blood Mansions and Stasis Capsules, etc.
4.Spleen deficiency and liver depression: 1 year after marriage, no contraception and no pregnancy, lower abdominal pain; lumbar pain, weakness of limbs, lack of desire to eat and drink, leucorrhea in large amount, or watery, depression, chest distension and pain or breast distension and pain; sighing; dull tongue, white fur, thin or sunken string pulse.
Treatment: Strengthening the spleen and draining the liver, invigorating blood and promoting circulation of Qi to relieve pain.
Radix: Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Paeoniae with Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan plus reduction
Traditional Chinese medicine: Easy Yao granules, Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan, etc.
External treatment method
1, rectal drug delivery.
Chinese medicine enema recommended prescription: safflower, cypress, septoria, salvia, red peony, angelica, chuanxiong, trigon, curcuma, soapberry, a bead. Add or subtract according to the symptoms. Decoction of the above medicine to obtain 100 ml of juice, the appropriate temperature (try the temperature on the back of the hand can be appropriate), retain the enema.
2. External application of Chinese herbs.
Chinese herbs are cut and wrapped in white cloth and applied externally to the lower abdomen. Recommended prescriptions: septoria, soapberry, angelica, salvia, genghu, curcuma, chuanxiong, red peony, etc. Add or subtract with symptoms.
3. Tubal lavage.
3~7 days after clean menstruation, choose western medicine for anti-inflammatory treatment.
