There are complications of gonorrhea Men: gonococcal prostatitis: acute fever, frequent urination, perineal pain; chronic patients usually have no obvious self-conscious symptoms, and there is a paste in the urethra when urinating in the morning. Gonococcal vesiculitis: acute fever, frequent urination; chronic patients have no self-conscious symptoms, and the seminal vesicles can be touched and hardened. Gonococcal epididymitis: fever, redness, swelling and pain in the scrotum, reflex cramps in the groin on the same side, cloudy urine. Women: the main complications are gonorrheal pelvic inflammation, etc. It is easy to develop into pelvic and adnexal infections, and the recurrent episodes cause tubal stenosis or occlusion, which leads to ectopic pregnancy, infertility or chronic lower abdominal pain.
