Kidney deficiency in women is divided into two types: kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency, with different clinical manifestations.
1. Kidney yin deficiency: Women with kidney yin deficiency mainly show soreness of the waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, insomnia and dreaminess, heart-heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of the heart and chest), hot flashes and night sweats (sweating abnormally after falling asleep, but sweating stops after waking up), dry throat and zygomatic bone (cheeks and zygomatic bones are reddish in color), etc. At the same time, there may be symptoms of irregular menstruation, menstruation loss, amenorrhea and so on during menstruation.
2. Kidney yang deficiency: Women with kidney yang deficiency tend to be mentally unsatisfied, easily fatigued, weak in the waist and knees, cold and painful in the waist and legs, and leucorrhea that is abundant and thin, etc. At the same time, menstrual pain may occur during menstruation. At the same time, menstrual pain, menstrual blood color dark and other symptoms may occur.
In addition, when a woman’s kidney deficiency is serious, it may affect her fertility, and a pregnant woman’s kidney deficiency may also cause fetal restlessness, accompanied by abdominal pain and a feeling of drooping in the waist, etc. If a woman has the above symptoms of kidney deficiency, it may cause her to be tired and weak.
