The main concern is that the removal is not clean. I can tell you for sure that laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for gynecologic malignancies is a kind of surgery for the benefit of patients. For example, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, early ovarian cancer, vulvar cancer and so on. Laparoscopy has the function of magnification. With the introduction of high-tech equipment such as electronic, optical and camera and the skillful operation of doctors, the laparoscopy can see more clearly, locate more accurately and cut more cleanly. Moreover, there are fewer postoperative complications and less postoperative pain. However, advanced cancer cannot be done. It has to be determined by an experienced gynecological laparoscopist.
