When women have a gynecological examination, the GPAl file includes the history of fertility and miscarriage. There is no special examination method that requires the patient to inform the doctor verbally, and the GPAl examination does not exist in clinical practice. Women are advised to avoid menstruation during gynecological examinations, preferably between the complete end of menstruation and the day of ovulation, to take a shower the day before the routine gynecological examination, and not to wash the inside of the vagina within 24 hours before the examination. If a woman chooses to take a bath, she may wash away the curative bacteria as well as abnormal secretions and routine slides, which can be monitored for potential germs, and it will interfere with the doctor’s normal diagnosis. There are many tests that are non-existent and unnecessary for women to have gynecological exams and should not be easily trusted.
