How to do paternity test

There are two ways to do paternity testing, one is invasive paternity testing and the other is non-invasive paternity testing. Invasive paternity testing means that in the middle of pregnancy, amniotic fluid is taken to obtain the DNA information of the fetus in the amniotic fluid, and then the DNA information is amplified and then compared with other people’s medical records to determine the parentage. Non-invasive paternity testing is a test that draws DNA information from the fetus through the peripheral blood of the pregnant woman, and then amplifies the DNA information to determine the parentage. Since only the peripheral blood of the pregnant woman is taken, there is no risk, so it is called non-invasive paternity test.
