Urinary gonadotropins and chorionic gonadotropins, in clinical practice, are basically similar if the pain caused by intramuscular injection. However, due to individual differences, each person has a different sensitivity to the pain caused by intramuscular injection, so some people may find it more painful after the injection, while others may find it acceptable, so it is directly related to individual differences. The other two drugs have different clinical uses. Urotropic gonadotropin is mainly used for ovulation treatment. If ovulation dysfunction is detected by ultrasound examination, urotropic gonadotropin can be used for ovulation treatment. However, chorionic gonadotropin is given as an injection when the follicle diameter reaches dominant, which accelerates the follicle rupture and eliminates the egg.
