Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors and there is no clear conclusion on the factors of its development, so women with gastric cancer usually do not have obvious signals before the onset of the disease, but as the disease progresses, women may experience pain in the upper abdomen, loss of appetite and wasting. Therefore, the appearance of these symptoms may indicate the risk of stomach cancer: 1. Upper abdominal discomfort: abdominal pain and bloating may appear in the upper abdomen, and with the development of the disease, there will be frequent attacks and increased pain, and it will also be accompanied by the feeling of obstruction in eating, often nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, belching, heartburn, loss of appetite and indigestion, etc.; 2. Wasting: stomach cancer is a consuming disease. Because the growth of tumor needs to absorb nutrients from human body, patients with early stage of gastric cancer are prone to unexplained weight loss and wasting; 3. Difficulty in swallowing: patients with pancreatic cancer of gastric fundus may have progressive difficulty in swallowing, which is mainly due to tumor invasion of lower esophagus; 4. Vomiting blood and dark stool: if ulcer or erosion of gastric mucosa occurs in patients with gastric cancer, gastrointestinal bleeding may occur. Vomiting blood and dark red or tarry stools may occur; 5. Anemia: Patients with gastric cancer usually have poor appetite, malnutrition, vomiting blood and other symptoms, which may induce anemia and physical weakness; 6. For example, patients with liver metastasis of gastric cancer may have symptoms such as ascites, jaundice, etc. Metastasis to lung may cause symptoms such as cough, coughing, hemoptysis and difficulty in breathing. If patients have the above symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to have gastroscopy and other related examinations under the guidance of the doctor to make a clear diagnosis and then treat the disease. For early gastric cancer, radical gastric cancer surgery is mostly adopted for treatment. For middle and late stage gastric cancer, major gastrectomy and auxiliary chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and other treatments can be adopted. If surgery is not possible, palliative treatment such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be applied to improve the quality of patients’ survival and prolong their survival period.
