How do patients with frozen shoulder exercise themselves?

  Patients with frozen shoulder can improve their symptoms and restore their functions by doing the following self-exercises 3 to 5 times a day.  1.Shake hands Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, gently shake your arms back and forth, and gradually increase the swinging amplitude, 30 times per group, 3 groups each time.  2.Drawing circles Face the wall, straighten your arms and do symbolic circles against the wall, 30 times per group, 3 groups each time.  3, climb the wall standing in front of the wall, the affected side of the hand holding the wall, climb from low to up until the highest point, make a mark, and then put down the hand, climb the wall again to exceed this mark as the goal, 20 to 30 times each.  4, pull the towel to take a long towel, two hands each pull one, respectively, behind, one hand on the top, one hand on the bottom, the action can be small to large, each group of 30 times, 3 times each.  5, spread the wings stand, two arms straight, lift to both sides, and the body into 90 degrees, stop 10 to 15 seconds and then put down.
