Multiple ground glass nodules refer to multiple faint ground glass-like nodular lesions in the lungs found during chest X-ray or chest CT examination. Multiple ground glass nodules are mostly seen in inflammatory diseases, tuberculosis, tumors and other diseases. If the patient has no symptoms such as cough, sputum, fever, chest pain, etc., and the nodules are relatively small, they can be observed clinically, and the chest CT can be reviewed after 3-6 months, and if the nodules do not grow, they can continue to be observed. If the nodules are found to have a tendency to grow and the patient has symptoms such as cough, fever, chest pain, etc., or if the nodules are relatively large at the beginning, such as larger than 1cm, go to the hospital for enhanced CT, CT-guided aspiration, bronchoscopy and other examinations to further clarify the diagnosis.
