The WHO 5th edition sperm criteria include the following: 1. semen volume, greater than 1.5 ml is normal. 2. semen liquefaction time, less than 60 minutes is normal, greater than 60 minutes is semen non-liquefaction. 3. sperm count, including sperm concentration, total sperm count, sperm concentration greater than 15 million/ml, total sperm count greater than 39 million is normal, less than this value is oligospermia. 4. The percentage of forward-moving spermatozoa greater than 32% is considered normal, and less than 32% is considered weak spermatozoa. 5. The morphology of spermatozoa, 4% of normal morphology is considered normal, and less than 4% is considered deformed spermatozoa.
