There are two possibilities for abdominal pain without bleeding in the first month of pregnancy. The first is that ectopic pregnancy needs to be ruled out; the second is that there is a possibility of preeclampsia. It is necessary to carry out obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound examination to determine intrauterine pregnancy, to exclude ectopic pregnancy; to determine whether the development of the embryo is consistent with the number of days after menopause, to exclude the embryo underdevelopment, vacuolar pregnancy, incomplete abortion and so on, so as to determine that it is an aura of miscarriage. The main reason for early pregnancy preeclampsia is related to the development of the embryo itself, and also to the low level of progesterone in the body, so for the above reasons, it is recommended to have proper rest, appropriate supplementation of progesterone, and regular ultrasound checkups to make sure that the development of the embryo is synchronized with the number of days after menopause.
