In the diet, pay more attention to the protection of the voice, reduce some stimulating foods, such as: chili, garlic, ginger and other foods, do not eat too hot and too cold food, chew and swallow slowly, etc., and add more water to keep the voice moist.
In daily life, do not often sing loudly, talking time is not too long, do not speak loudly, fully maintain the rest of the voice, avoid aggravating the burden of the voice.
