Usage of Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection

Butanophthalein Sodium Chloride Injection is administered intravenously as 25 mg (100 ml) twice daily. Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection is mainly used for the improvement of neurological deficits in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Administration should be initiated within 48 hours of onset. The method of use is intravenous drip, twice a day, 25mg (100ml) each time, each drip time is not less than 50 minutes, the interval between two doses is not less than 6 hours, the course of treatment is 14 days. PVC infusion set has obvious adsorption effect on butylphthalide, so only PE infusion set is allowed to be used when infusing this product. Side effects of this product include dizziness, regurgitation, facial edema, skin itching, limb weakness, dozing, etc.; caution should be exercised in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency, and patients with severe mental disorders; it is contraindicated in children, pregnant women and hemorrhagic diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage.
