The normal anterior wall of the vagina is 9-10cm and the posterior wall is 10-13cm, as long as it is within this range it is normal. If the vagina is shallow, it may be clinically caused by the following reasons: 1) due to inflammation of the posterior vaginal fornix, resulting in adhesions in the posterior 1/3 of the vagina, so the vagina will become shallow. 2) clinically, due to the cervix of the uterus huge fibroids to make the vagina shallow. 3) there are large cysts in the vagina, which can make the vagina shallow. Therefore, it is clinically recommended that gynecological examination should be carried out to find out the local conditions of the vagina, and if there are adhesions, the adherent tissues can be separated, and then anti-inflammatory treatment should be given clinically, and the adhesions should be prevented from occurring next time. If there is a tumor, surgery is needed to remove it if necessary. If there are cysts, surgery is also recommended.
