What is large B-cell lymphoma?

The so-called large B-cell lymphoma is also known as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Currently, malignant lymphoma is clinically classified into Hodgkin’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, of which diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is one of the more common types of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Clinically, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is divided into 4 stages, and the treatment for patients in stages I and II is based on the principle of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. For stage III and IV patients, chemotherapy is the main treatment, and chemotherapy containing adriamycin should be used as much as possible. Currently, CHOP regimen is commonly used in clinical practice. Generally, 6 courses of CHOP regimen are given, and 2 additional courses can be given after complete remission in order to achieve complete remission and thus eventually cure the tumor.
