Don’t save your present fat for the future

  Food is what most people like, whether in their hometowns or travel abroad, the local cuisine is a must-try. In 2016, there were data showing that the number of obesity incidence in China from 700,000 to 43.2 million for men and from 1.7 million to 46.4 million for women, a total of 89.6 million, a figure that has exceeded that of the United States, a large obese country.  Obesity is not only a physical problem, but also a health problem. Long-term obesity will greatly increase the risk of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and many other concomitant diseases, posing a serious threat to health.  Weight loss should become a habit in life. Becoming fat needs to have a certain process, it is accumulated little by little by the remaining daily energy, so whether it is the prevention of obesity or weight loss, should pay attention to their daily lives.  And the more serious the degree of obesity the more difficult it will be to lose weight, because long-term obesity will make people develop an unhealthy lifestyle habits, and the body will react accordingly to prevent itself from losing weight. Although weight loss surgery can now treat morbid obesity and its associated disorders, it also requires modification of the gastrointestinal tract, and the damage caused by these disorders to the body needs to be regulated over a long period of time. Also, the more severe the obesity and its accompanying disorders, the higher the risk of surgery becomes. Therefore, whether you use traditional weight loss methods or weight reduction surgery, you should lose weight early and not let too much fat accumulate in your body.
