Recovery of primary symptoms (1) Fever: most of the babies with the disease will have persistent high fever, and their body temperature will gradually return to the normal level during the recovery period. (2) Conjunctival congestion in both eyes: Conjunctival congestion in both eyes is one of the main symptoms of Kawasaki disease, which disappears after the fever subsides. (3) Changes in the lips and mouth: During the recovery period, symptoms such as chapped lips and bright red congestion will gradually subside or disappear. (4) Rash: Rashes such as erythema and maculopapular rash will subside as the fever subsides. 2. Complications: During the recovery period, there may be a gradual thickening of the lumen of the blood vessels in the scalp, forming a verrucous dilatation, which is manifested as red spots or plaques in the shape of round, oval, and so on. If Kawasaki disease is suspected, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and standardize the treatment under the doctor’s guidance.
