T1N3M0 adopts the international TNM staging system, in which T refers to the volume of the tumor and the scope of involvement of adjacent tissues, N refers to the involvement of lymph nodes, and M refers to the distant metastasis of the tumor. As for nasopharyngeal carcinoma T1N3M0, it means that the volume and range of the tumor is relatively small, but there are distant or more lymph nodes with involvement and no distant metastasis. According to the criteria of TNM staging system, this situation generally belongs to IVA stage of nasopharyngeal cancer.
