How long does an avulsion fracture of the triangular bone of the right wrist take?

Recovery time for right wrist deltoid avulsion fracture varies depending on the degree of injury, age and physical condition of the individual. Generally, it takes 2~3 months, children’s recovery time is earlier, and the recovery time is prolonged for those with poor physique.
1. For right wrist triangular bone avulsion fracture, the fracture block is small, the broken ends can be aligned, there is no obvious displacement, and it does not affect the function of the wrist joint, generally after conservative treatment (plaster or brace fixation), the wrist joint function can be restored in 2~3 months. In children, the fracture site grows fast, and the fracture can be initially healed in about 1 month.
2. Right wrist triangular bone avulsion fracture, the fracture block is large, the displacement is obvious, affecting the wrist joint function, after surgical treatment, usually 6~8 weeks can be initially healed, complete recovery takes 3 months. Children generally 4~6 weeks after surgical fixation, functional exercise, full recovery takes 2 months. For people with poor physical condition, the recovery time is extended by 1~2 months.
Avulsion fracture of the right trochanter is recommended to be treated under the supervision of a physician.
