Causes of hyperactive liver yang

Hyperactivity of liver yang (liver yang is over-exuberant, causing symptoms such as dizziness, dizziness, headache, etc.) is mostly due to deficiency of yin in the liver and kidney (insufficient yin in the liver and kidneys), which cannot subdue yang, resulting in hyperactivity of the liver yang; or prolonged annoyance and anxiety, which depletes yin by internal depression of qi and fire, and yin does not control the yang.
Chinese medicine believes that the normal body balance of yin and yang, yin and yang are both converted to each other, but also opposing constraints, when the yin is insufficient to constrain the yang, there will be a situation of yang hyperactivity. When yin is insufficient to restrain yang, then yang will become overactive. Liver yang hyperactivity is the result of yin not being able to restrain yang and yang being overactive.
Symptoms of hyperactivity of liver yang include dizziness, tinnitus, head and eyes swelling and pain, red face and eyes, irritability, insomnia and dreaminess, heaviness in the head and lightness in the feet, lumbar and knee soreness and weakness (a feeling of lumbar and knee soreness and weakness), a red tongue with little fluid, and a stringy pulse or a thin and countless stringy pulse.
Hyperactivity of liver yang should also be differentiated from hyperactivity of liver fire, both of which are characterized by hyperactivity of yang-heat, so it is advisable to consult a doctor in case of the above mentioned discomforts.
