Efficacy and effects of tirilizumab

Tirilizumab has anti-tumor efficacy and can be used for the treatment of relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma after second-line systemic chemotherapy, and also for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic uroepithelial carcinoma with high expression of PD-1 that fails to be treated with platinum-containing chemotherapy, and, in addition, it can be used in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin for the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer. ADVERSE REACTIONS: The most common adverse drug reactions caused by tirilizumab include rash, body fatigue, and elevated alanine aminotransferase. Contraindications: Tirilizumab is contraindicated in people who are allergic to any of the ingredients contained in the drug. Precautions: Women of childbearing potential should use contraception during treatment with tirilizumab. Tirilizumab should not be used in combination with other drugs without a compatibility study. Individuals who experience immune-related adverse reactions to the drug should be adequately evaluated. The use of tirilizumab should be regulated in strict compliance with medical advice, and the physician should be informed of any serious adverse reactions that occur after use of the drug.
