Concealed incision laparoscopic pediatric inguinal hernia

With the popularity of laparoscopic techniques, pediatric inguinal hernia is now basically treated by laparoscopic surgery. However, even laparoscopic surgery has multiple methods, as evidenced by the different methods of poking holes in the abdominal wall and the number and location of the poking holes. In order to meet the higher demands of the child’s family for aesthetics, I have continued to improve the surgical method. The current concealed incision method has satisfactory results and the postoperative abdominal wall appearance is smooth and basically invisible, which is especially praised by female patients. The appearance of the abdominal wall after surgery can be seen in the pictures. The pictures provided are of the recently completed surgery, and the traces of wound glue (no suture) and adhesive tape on the abdominal wall are still visible.
