How long does it take for iridocyclitis to heal?

Mild iridocyclitis can be cured in about 1 month of standardized treatment; severe iridocyclitis, even with standardized treatment, still takes 3 to 6 months to be cured. Some patients who do not receive standardized treatment may develop complications such as secondary glaucoma, which can take longer to treat or even be difficult to cure.

Iridocyclitis, the specific recovery time is mainly related to the severity of the patient’s condition, as well as whether or not they can get standardized treatment results and other circumstances. The milder the condition, the more standardized the treatment, the shorter the recovery time. On the contrary, the healing time is longer.

It is recommended that patients with iridocyclitis go to regular hospitals for standardized treatment as soon as possible, so as not to delay the condition.
