There are more than 100 subtypes of HPV and there is a difference between low-risk and high-risk types. low-risk types generally cause STDs such as condyloma acuminata and high-risk types generally cause intraepithelial neoplasia. There are three levels of intraepithelial neoplasia: grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3. Grade 1 can be followed up, while grade 2 and grade 3 require cervical liposuction and further treatment based on the pathology after cervical liposuction. If the cervical TCT is still abnormal, colposcopy will be done and further treatment will be based on the results of colposcopic biopsy.
