Symptoms of lymphoma patients three months before death cannot be predicted, but generally there will be local symptoms, systemic symptoms, metastatic symptoms and other complications in the late stage or at the end of life.
1. Local symptoms: in the last period of life, lymphoma patients will have abnormal enlargement of local lymph nodes, which will cause nerve compression pain, and some patients will also have chest pain and cough due to the enlargement of lymph nodes and compression of mediastinum and other parts of the body.
2. Systemic symptoms: when the disease reaches the advanced stage, symptoms such as anemia, general weakness, fever and night sweating (sweating abnormally after going to sleep, and sweating stops after waking up) will appear. At the same time, accompanied by the failure of various organs and systems of the body, coma and delirium will appear.
3. Metastatic symptoms: when the tumor metastasizes to the lungs, it will cause coughing, dyspnea with blood, respiratory failure, etc. If bone metastasis occurs, it will lead to fracture easily, and severe paralysis will occur. If the tumor metastasizes to the brain, it will cause the patient to suffer from coma and other symptoms.
4. Other complication symptoms: patients in advanced stage may also have a series of symptoms such as incontinence, inability to eat, low immunity and so on.
Lymphoma patients with advanced stage may have life-threatening situation at any time, when there is physical discomfort, they should go to hospital for treatment in time.
