Teach you to identify six types of knee pain and how to deal with them

  Knee pain is perhaps one of the most difficult of all joint conditions to diagnose and treat. It involves not only a variety of lesions within the joint, but is also often caused by a variety of extra-articular factors, so it is especially important to have a preliminary screening of the causes of joint pain. The following teaches you to identify the six major causes of knee pain and how to deal with them!
  I. Chronic synovitis
  Chronic pain and swelling in the knee joint. Synovial effusion, synovial hyperplasia, hypertrophy and even inflammation can be seen arthroscopically.
  Suggestions: 1, rest, avoid strenuous exercise; 2, avoid excessive cold or heat stimulation; 3, oral amino acid glucose drugs, pain can be severe oral pain medication; 4 acupuncture physiotherapy.
  Second, osteoarthritis
  After sitting or squatting for a long time, when standing up or going up and down stairs, joint pain is obvious and relieved after rest. In addition to swollen and painful joints and restricted activities, joint space narrowing, bone spur growth and joint deformation can be seen on X-rays.
  Suggestions: 1. less cycling, stair climbing and other abrasive activities; 2. oral nutritional cartilage drugs, such as amino acid glucose; 3. acupuncture treatment; 4. knee joint replacement surgery if the above methods do not relieve the pain;
  Third, free body in the knee joint
  Suddenly, when walking, the leg becomes weak and the joint feels stuck, and it cannot move in one position, then gently lift the leg and shake it, the feeling of being stuck disappears. This is because the free body is stuck in the joint space after the articular cartilage has worn off.
  Suggestion: A small amount of free body does not need to be treated; if the knee joint is often stuck, arthroscopic knee surgery is needed to remove the free body;
  IV. Bursitis
  A history of trauma, cold, and pain over the kneecap or on the inside of the upper tibia. There is an area on the inside of the knee joint that is medically known as the “goose’s foot”, where three tendons converge like a goose’s foot, hence the name. There is a lubricated cystic structure underneath the tendon, which is prone to inflammation and pain if there is trauma or cold.
  Suggestions: 1, rest, avoid strenuous exercise; 2, avoid too cold or too hot stimulation; 3, severe pain can take oral pain medication; 4 acupuncture physiotherapy, usually such patients more, acupuncture effect is very good!
  Five, pseudogout
  A disease caused by the deposition of crystals called calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate compound in the knee joint, swelling and pain during the attack, high skin temperature, functional limitations. x-ray performance meniscus, articular cartilage surface calcification.
  Suggestions: 1. Proper rest and medication; 2. Extraction of joint fluid if necessary; 3. Surgery for severe cases.
  VI. Involvement pain caused by lumbar spine and hip joint lesions
  Because of the interconnection of many tendons, certain lumbar detachment or hip lesions (such as femoral head necrosis, hip tuberculosis, etc.) first manifest as symptoms of knee pain.
  Suggestion: Get a diagnosis from a professional doctor to avoid missing and misdiagnosis!
