What is the main treatment of Dobasic Hydrazide Tablets

Dobasic hydrazide tablets are mainly used for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, symptomatic Parkinson’s syndrome, but not for the treatment of drug-induced Parkinson’s syndrome. Dobasic hydrazide tablets are a combination preparation, the components of which include levodopa and benserazide, of which levodopa can be converted to dopamine in brain tissues and antagonize the insufficient dopamine content in the basal ganglia of the brain due to Parkinson’s disease. Benserazide is a peripheral dopa decarboxylase inhibitor that inhibits the conversion of levodopa to dopamine outside of the brain, increasing the efficacy of the medication and decreasing adverse effects. It should be noted that the use of dobasic hydrazide tablets is prohibited in patients who are allergic to any component of the drug, patients under 25 years of age, pregnant women, patients with psychiatric disorders, patients with angle-closure glaucoma and patients with renal impairment, hepatic impairment, endocrine disorders, cardiac disorders and other patients who are in the decompensated stage of the disease, and the drug should not be used in combination with non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Some patients may experience anxiety, insomnia, cardiac arrhythmia, upright hypotension, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash and other adverse reactions during the administration of the drug, if the discomfort is more serious, it should be promptly sought medical treatment. Patients should follow the doctor’s instructions to take dobasic hydrazide tablets, to avoid blindly using their own medication, in order to avoid inducing adverse reactions, or affect the condition.
