What acupoints to press to relieve abdominal pain and vomiting in children

Children with abdominal pain and vomiting can be relieved by massaging the Foot Sanli Point and the Middle Epigastric Point.
1. Foot Sanli point: belongs to the foot Yangming stomach meridian, 3 inches below the eye of the outer knee, about one transverse finger from the anterior tibial crest, when the tibialis anterior muscle. It can strengthen the spleen and stomach, regulate qi, clear the channels and strengthen the body. It is used to treat abdominal distension, abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea.
2. Middle Epigastric Point: Located in the abdomen, in the front center line, 4 inches above the umbilicus. It can strengthen the spleen and stomach, eliminate food and harmonize the middle. It is used to treat diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite.
3. Spleen meridian: It is located at the threaded surface of the terminal joint of the thumb or at the radial edge of the thumb, in a straight line from the tip of the finger to the root of the finger. Nourishing the spleen meridian can strengthen the spleen and stomach, and replenish qi and blood. Clearing the Spleen meridian can clear heat and dampness, resolve phlegm and stop vomiting. Clearing and tonifying the Spleen meridian can harmonize the stomach and eliminate food, and improve appetite. It is used in treating loss of appetite, muscle wasting and indigestion caused by weakness of spleen and stomach and insufficiency of qi and blood.
